Overall, I’m happy we saw this movie and it gave us a glimpse into the life of FLOTUS. The movie was a little long and boring at times and some of the scenes felt overly scripted. One of the song renditions (Amazing Grace) was very odd and distracting. Plus, near the middle, there was a strange shift to start interspersing old-timey video shots for no apparent reason. We had been hoping for a little bit more meat to the content of the movie, but it was interesting to see things from Melania’s perspective and to see the type of persona she wanted to project to the world. All in all, my high school daughter and I would recommend people see it but don’t go in with too high of expectations. (Trump, being Trump, brought some humor to the film, which also helped pass the time.) Melania is a beautiful, classy, composed woman and we are lucky to have her as FLOTUS.
“which also helped pass the time” sounds fun
