Peacemaker (season 1)

In the first season of Peacemaker, Christopher Smith, a vigilante known as Peacemaker, is recruited by a black-ops team led by Clemson Murn after surviving his near-fatal encounter in The Suicide Squad. Tasked with stopping an alien invasion by parasitic creatures called Butterflies, who take over human bodies, Peacemaker works alongside operatives like Emilia Harcourt, John Economos, and Leota Adebayo. As the team uncovers the Butterflies’ plan to colonize Earth, Peacemaker grapples with his violent past, his abusive father Auggie (the white supremacist villain White Dragon), and his own moral conflicts. The season follows their high-stakes mission to thwart the alien threat, blending intense action with personal redemption.
