  • 10% lifetime discount on shop items.

For Annual Subscribers:

  • $39.99 per year; fees are non-refundable.

  • Special Vacation Stay offer (subject to ongoing provider relationship).

Vacation Stay Benefit Details:

  • One voucher per year for a complimentary hotel stay via redeemvacations.com.
  • Nominal activation fee of $7.95 applies, with 7 days to activate.
  • 18 months to book after activation (30 days’ notice required).
  • Users must pay applicable taxes (averaging $57 per night; Hawaii ~$89 per night).
  • No timeshare presentation required.
  • Worth it or Woke is not responsible for any aspect of the vacation stay.

6. Online Store Terms

a. Product Fulfillment

  • All products in the Worth it or Woke store are fulfilled by Printify, a third-party print-on-demand service.
  • Worth it or Woke does not manufacture or store any products.

b. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped directly by Printify. Shipping times may vary based on location and product availability.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

c. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or misprinted.
  • Customers must report defective or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
  • For approved returns, replacements will be issued for defective or misprinted items only.

d. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Subscribers and customers must maintain the confidentiality of their account information.
  • Users must provide accurate information and comply with community guidelines.

8. Termination of Accounts

Worth it or Woke reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or other unacceptable behavior.

  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content without permission.

10. Payment and Billing

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
  • Store purchases are non-refundable except for defective or misprinted items.

12. Content Ownership and User-Generated Content License

  • Worth it or Woke retains ownership of platform content, excluding user-generated content.
  • Users grant Worth it or Woke a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use user-generated content.

13. Limitation of Liability

Worth it or Woke LLC is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or errors.
  • Unauthorized access to user data.
  • Issues arising from third-party services like Printify or redeemvacations.com.
  • Losses related to the use or inability to use the platform or store.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

15. Severability
