DailyWire+’s Convicting A Murderer Gets Release Date
The Daily Wire is releasing a new true crime series called “Convicting a Murderer,” scheduled to debut on September 8. Hosted by Candace Owens and directed by Shawn Rech, the 10-part series is a response to Netflix’s “Making a Murderer.” The latter series portrayed Steven Avery as an innocent victim of corrupt law enforcement in the murder of Teresa Halbach.
Owens criticizes “Making a Murderer” for leaving out crucial details and claims there is substantial evidence yet unseen. She promises to set the record straight in her series by examining the victim’s vehicle blood, the infamous key, and more. “Convicting a Murderer” will include unedited phone calls, testimonials, and interviews with individuals not covered in the Netflix show, such as law enforcement officers, family members, and independent investigators.
The first three episodes of “Convicting a Murderer” will be available on the DailyWire+ platform on September 8. The first two episodes will be free, while the third episode will be exclusive to DailyWire+ members. The remaining seven episodes will be released weekly for subscribers. The series aims to shed light on aspects not covered in “Making a Murderer” and provide a more comprehensive view of the case of Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey, who were convicted of Teresa Halbach’s murder.
