The actor who portrayed Dumbeldore (in this film and the second one) was perfect for the role. Chris Columbus’ directing was superb.
Watching it today, you can now see some of the technical limitations they faced back then, but it doesn’t really matter all that much. You can tell they were working hard to make a good film.
