I liked this series because the main character is confident in her choice to get into the fancy life she wants, while standing up for herself. Liberal ladies try to shame her but she gives her viewpoint without yelling or fighting, but with grace. It is absolutely beautiful to watch with colors that dazzle. There is the gay character (Ricky Martin) needed for nearly every show theses days. He is a sympathetic character, in my opinion. The main point of my review is to say that the main character (Kristen Wigg ) Maxine Simmons is strong and reminds me of Legally Blonde’s ( Reese Witherspoon) Elle Woods.
I just found this platform and am a conservative woman, so thought I would add my comments here.
